Fresh fig and chevre salad |
(serves 2)
4 large fresh figs
Chevre
arugula leaves
Olive oil
Crema di Balsamico - a balsamic dressing
Place some arugula on each plate. Cut a cross in the top of each fig and press open. Top with some fresh chevre. Drizzle with the crema di balsamico and olive oil.
Super easy, super tasty!
